I have always loved crocheting for my family and friends. When I retired from the work-a-day life, I decided to take it a step further. So, I opened Grandma's Crochet Cottage. In the cottage, I create lovely things made of wonderful yarns and threads. Some are practical. Some are novelties. Others are artfully made. No matter the impulse to create, the results are always very satisfying to me. I take pride in my quality work. Most of what I do is from an original creative thought rather than a written pattern.

So, I spend a great deal of time in my crochet cottage, sitting with other etsy friends who are talented artists. We visit, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and a sweet treat and share stories of our families and life events. It's a comfortable environment where friends are always welcome.
